You can, and if it fits, I'll tell you. But most template sites look like template sites. A custom-built site loads faster, fits your brand, and you own it completely: no monthly platform fees, no features you can't control.
What happens after launch? Do you disappear?
No. The site is yours: plain HTML, no proprietary dependencies. If you want ongoing help, there's a monthly support plan from €50. If you don't, the code is yours, with notes on how everything works.
