This policy explains what personal data I collect through demiurg.dev, why I collect it, and what rights you have over it. I aim to collect as little data as possible.

Who handles your data

The data controller is Georgi Demirov, an individual operating under the name Demiurg, based in Sofia, Bulgaria. For any question about your data, write to georgidemirov@proton.me.

What data I collect

I collect only the data you send me yourself, plus anonymous visit statistics:

• Through the contact form: your name, email address, optionally your phone number, and the content of your message.
• Anonymous statistics: visits, pages and traffic source, collected via Umami — without cookies and without identifying you personally.

Why I collect it

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss a possible project. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps.
• To understand how the site is used and to improve it. Legal basis: legitimate interest, via anonymous statistics.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The statistics (Umami) work without cookies, which is why you do not see an annoying consent banner.

Who I share data with

I do not sell or share your data for marketing. I use only the following providers, who process data on my behalf:

• Netlify — site hosting and delivery of contact form messages.
• Umami — anonymous visit statistics.

How long I keep your data

I keep your messages only as long as needed to reply and to handle a possible project. After that I delete them. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your data;
• correct inaccurate data;
• have your data deleted;
• restrict or object to the processing;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• file a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
